Indy Maven-iversary e-Toast

As the Fall 2020 communications and events intern for Indy Maven, I assisted in the development and execution of an anniversary campaign. This campaign, titled "Maven-iversary," ran throughout October 2020 and included giveaways, social media promotion, and partnerships with other well-known Indy organizations.

At the end of the month, the campaign concluded with a virtual toast, called an "eToast," that served a multi-fold purpose: thanking existing Indy Maven community members and reaching potential new partners. 

The event included a reflection of Year 1's success, a sneak peek on what was on the horizon for Year 2, and a giveaway of a month-long subscription to a comfort tier car from Motor Drive.

I worked with the CEO and social media manager to develop the event in a digital space, manage registration and attendees via EventBrite, pitch to potential partners, and create and push out graphics promoting the event.
